Armed with a degree from the University of Florida and being fluent in the Spanish language, Nancy Highers began her real estate career focusing primarily on the corporate relocation side of the business. Showing a natural talent for the business, Nancy was a company wide top producer her first 3 years in the industry assisting top executives from companies such as Fleming, Steak & Shake and Centex. Once Nancy decided to strike out on her own, her success was no less impressive. With a new emphasis on new home construction, Nancy has become one of the top selling agents in the Metroplex with some of the markets top builders. Nancy has been a top 3 selling Realtor for Horizon homes the last 4 years running with a number one finish in 2006. Her attention to detail, negotiating skills and genuine concern for her clients have made Nancy respected among her pears and earned her a loyal client base which is the heart of her success.

Nancy works with her husband and they are both raising two young children. They all reside in Frisco.

After serving a total of 9 years in the Marine Corps and attending Texas A&M University, Gehrig started a career in the retail sales industry. Shortly after marrying Nancy, Gehrig realized his true passion was along side Nancy in the real estate industry. Spending several years with a local RE/MAX office Gehrig recently made the move full time with Nancy in the company they started together 5 years earlier. Focusing primarily on the existing home & investor markets, he is known for being personable with a reputation as an assertive negotiator. His learned skills as a manager and his ability to multi task create a balance of service critical for today’s real estate market.

Paul Holmes - Agent

After graduating from Texas Tech University, Paul put his degree to use in the IT sales industry for companies such as Perot systems in Plano. Realizing an interest for real estate, Paul took a V.P. position with one of Prospers top developers and custom home builders where he honed his talents in sales and negotiating. Paul recently took a position with Highers Group Realty as the Director of Builder Relations while actively utilizing his sales skills. His expertise in the building process from permits & contractor negotiations to construction and sales makes Paul a critical part of Highers Group Realty. Paul’s friendly approach to sales combined with his unlimited knowledge of the home building industry makes our clients confident they have the utmost knowledge available working for them, regardless their price range.
